Situated in the heart of San Diego's Clairemont community at the corner of Genessee Avenue and Mt. Etna Drive, Clairemont Senior Housing and Senior Wellness Center is an intergenerational affordable housing community that will consist of 174 senior apartments and a senior wellness center. 

The senior housing and wellness center will be an integral part of a campus of four buildings that also includes an affordable housing community for low income families and affordable housing for individuals with disabilities.

Clairemont Senior Housing and Senior Wellness Center is centrally located and within walking distance of public transportation, pharmacies, shopping centers, libraries, and parks. Rent is capped at 35-45% of the Area Median Income. A full array of comprehensive wraparound on-site services to help residents remain healthy and independent, includes congregate dining, walk-in hours with health educators and social workers, and enrichment activities. This innovative mixed-use campus will be home to the young and old alike, setting a standard model of creating community activities across generations. The complex includes a congregate dining room, a multipurpose activity room, game room, community room and outdoor courtyards.
