TERRASINI SENIOR APARTMENTS GRAND OPENING ON MARCH 18TH!

Situated in the heart of San Diego’s Clairemont community at the corner of Genesee Avenue and Mt. Etna Drive, Clairemont Senior Family Housing and the Judith L. Seltz Senior Wellness Center is an intergenerational affordable housing community that consists of 174 senior apartments and a senior wellness center.

Serving Seniors operates two affordable housing buildings for seniors: the Paul Downey Senior Residence with 79 units and the Terrasini Senior Housing with 95 units. These affordable housing residences along with the Judith L. Seltz Senior Wellness Center are centrally located and within walking distance of public transportation, pharmacies, shopping centers, libraries, and parks. Rent is capped at 35-60% of the Area Median Income. 

A full array of comprehensive wraparound on-site services to help residents remain healthy and independent, includes congregate dining, social services support from health educators and social workers, and enrichment activities. This innovative mixed-use campus is home to the young and old alike, setting a standard model of creating community activities across generations. The complex includes a congregate dining room, a multipurpose activity room, game room, community room and outdoor courtyards.

The Terrasini Apartments mark the completion of the Mt. Etna campus, creating a home where seniors can live with dignity, independence, and the support of a vibrant neighborhood.
