At Serving Seniors, our Health & Social Services case managers work work one-one-one with older adults to provide individualized social services, physical and mental health services, referrals to community partners, and general support for healthful daily living.
This month, we're proud to spotlight two of our dedicated case managers — Lead Case Manager of Supportive Housing Elizabeth Rivera and Senior Program Manager of Supportive Housing Pamela Alvarado. Together, they bring nearly two decades of experience at Serving Seniors, and are set to complete their Masters of Social Work degrees next month.
